Project / Concept Overview

Statistics Sierra Leone seeks to have a logo that can be used throughout its communication and awareness-raising campaign for the 2026 Decennial Population and Housing Census to build a stronger brand awareness of the Decennial census across the country.

Statistics Sierra Leone invites proposals from qualified INDIVIDUAL Sierra Leonean graphic designers to develop a logo for the upcoming Decennial Population and Housing Census.

The proposed logo must capture the essence of the 2026 Population and Housing Census: inclusion, accuracy, and progress. It should emphasize people at the center, supported by data and geography, symbolizing the role of the census in shaping policy, planning, and services for everyone.

The Decennial Census is a critical data-gathering initiative that informs government planning, policy, and funding decisions.

The logo should communicate trust, inclusivity, accuracy, and civic importance, while remaining accessible and culturally sensitive to all communities.
