Haakawa B. G. Moseray - Deputy Director NCRA.

Haakawa Moseray is Master’s Degree holder in International Development (Conflict, Security and Development) from The University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. He has several years working with the United Nations (UNDP and UNFPA) in South Sudan and Afghanistan.

Prior to going to South Sudan and Afghanistan, he worked with European Commission Delegation in Freetown as Project Officer Governance, Social Services and Institutional Strengthening; DFID and World Bank Project at the then Governance Reform Secretariat as Program Manager, the Anti-Corruption Commission as Researcher and Program Manager Defence For Children International- Sierra Leone Section.
